Luke Bryan Lands 23rd Career #1 Single with
Nashville – September 9, 2019– Country music superstar and four-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan claims the #1 spot on both the Country Aircheck and Billboard Country Airplay charts this week with “Knockin’ Boots.” The song, written by Hillary Lindsey, Gordie Sampson and Jon Nite, becomes the 23rd career #1 single for Luke.
“This song is the definition of a great catchy song,” shared Luke. “I knew fans would gravitate to it like I did and I love seeing them react to it in concert. It’s definitely been a highlight on tour this summer.”

This spring, Luke debuted “Knockin’ Boots” online for his fans first with an acoustic performance from his home, watch it HERE, and then premiered it for television audiences on the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards on April 7.
Luke heads back out on the “Sunset Repeat Tour” this weekend before launching into his eleventh annual Farm Tour on September 26. Guests this year include Cole Swindell, Mitchell Tenpenny, the Peach Pickers and DJ Rock.
